Story
From Nebraska to South Florida, a country voice built for the big stage.
Heidi Merrill is a country singer-songwriter originally from Nebraska, now based in Jupiter, Florida. Her breakthrough song "Cornhusker Strong" is an anthem to her roots that broke her into the radio and festival scene.
She has been featured on NBC, CBS and the Ellen DeGeneres Show, opened for Lee Brice and Chris Janson at Boots in the Park, and took the Main Stage at the 561 Music Festival. Her song "I Can't Hold On" won Best Song at the LA Film Awards.
Blending country with a silky pop and rock edge, she has been called a modern-day Annie Lennox meets Stevie Nicks and Shania Twain, with support from regional country radio.
